Farrell is a great place for an agent who’s just starting out. We have experienced principal brokers who are here to hold your hand every step of the way. You’ll get plenty of hands-on training.
But the best part about working at Farrell is that we’re really just one big real estate family. Everyone gets along because we’re working together toward a common goal. We all look out for each other—though there’s always a bit of friendly competition!
We pay many of the costs as you establish yourself as a broker. We pay for:
- Signs
- Lock Boxes
- Business Cards
- Other marketing, including ongoing content marketing with blog posts and emails
- Real estate school reimbursement
We do not charge a desk fee. You also get plenty of floor time, which gives you the opportunity to attract new business because of our relationship with the community since 1980.
Our relationship with the community includes sponsoring local schools, sports, parades, and other community organizations. We care about what happens in our backyard.
There are so many rewarding things about a career in real estate. You help people during some of the most important times of their lives.
