Tenant Placement
For one month’s rent ($750 minimum), we will place a tenant in your property for you to manage.

Complete Accounting Services
We provide full monthly accounting including bill tracking, income and expense reports, and end of year accounting reports.

We provide numerous advertising services for our available properties:
- List of available properties at the front desk
- Website advertising, available 24 hours, 7 days a week
- Rent signs to attract tenants who drive by
- Weekly advertising on Craigslist
Fees
Farrell Realty charges a one-time setup fee equal to ½ of the first month’s rent (a $750 minimum). The monthly management fee for full-service property management is 9 percent of gross rent.
Re-Rental of Vacated Unit: $500 after the first year
Multifamily units will be quoted after consultation and inspection.
