Alec Pemberton

Alec Pemberton lives only a few blocks from Farrell Realty with his dog, Buffy. He enjoys working with builders, and uses his keen eye and sense of design to help his clients find properties that are beautiful, functional, and full of potential. A former University of Oregon student, Alec studied music and played piano with the Oregon Ballet Theater for nearly a decade. He traveled abroad, to France, Canada and Senegal, but returned to North Portland to continue his passion for restoring quality homes. His keen eye, sense of design, and openness to new ideas, uniquely qualifies him for this role. Alec connects with builders and investors who are interested in high-quality “fixes” with attention to details. Working on homes with a renovation focus allows Alec to balance his creative and practical sides, while helping clients find a North Portland gem to call their own.
