Farrell Realty has been sponsoring and participating in the St. Johns Parade for a long time, and we have a blast every single year. This year was the 54th annual parade—yes, it’s been around since 1962.
The St. Johns Parade is always held on the second Saturday in May. It’s a popular event, and both locals and people from further away always look forward to the fun. It’s a great opportunity for the community to come together and support each other and local businesses.
We’ve been sponsoring the St. Johns Parade for many years, and we love participating in this community event. The parade is an all-volunteer effort that takes many hours, so we’re very grateful for all of those who put so much time into making it happen each year.
The St. Johns Bizarre is held on the same day as the parade each year (this year was the bizarre’s 10th year). The neighborhood’s six-block business area is closed to traffic so people can fully enjoy this kickoff to the summer street fair season. The bizarre is full of music, crafts, games, and food. And admission to the event is free.
