Kristy Fillinger is the Maintenance Manager for the Property Management Department at Farrell Realty. From processing applications and arranging for repairs to interfacing with tenants and keeping the whole process moving, Kristy has a big job and she does it well. Kristy loves working at Farrell Realty because she’s always learning and she gets to make human connections in an industry that isn’t always personable. Her favorite part of her job is letting a new resident know, “You got approved!” When she’s not at work, Kristy is parenting her two children.
